prepchester return policy

We hope that you love your Prepchester purchase. Items may be returned within 30 days of purchase that have not been used and with all the original tags still attached.  All items personalized or special order are final sale.  Original shipping costs are non-refundable.  Your refund will go back to the original method of payment used to make the purchase.  

To start your return, please email customerservice@prepchester.com.  Once your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and further instructions on where to send your package.  Once we receive the returned goods and approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
